About WeightlessRx

WeightlessRx is a U.S. telehealth platform for medically supervised GLP-1 weight loss treatment. We exist to treat what we believe is the actual problem most weight loss approaches miss — the persistent, biological hunger signaling that makes sustained weight loss feel impossible — and to do it through real clinical care, not coaching that's been dressed up as medicine.

What WeightlessRx is

WeightlessRx is the consumer-facing brand of Weightless Rx LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company formed on May 20, 2025. We connect adults across 49 U.S. states with U.S.-licensed clinicians who prescribe compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide when clinically appropriate.

Our clinical model is built around a specific premise: that for many people, what looks like a willpower problem is in fact persistent biological hunger signaling — what's now widely called food noise. GLP-1 receptor agonists are the most effective tool currently available for quieting that signaling. We treat food noise as the actual clinical target. Weight loss is what happens when the signaling quiets down.

Who's behind WeightlessRx

WeightlessRx was founded by Benjamin Silverman, who serves as Founder and CEO. Benjamin built WeightlessRx after watching the GLP-1 telehealth market fill with companies that treated weight loss as a transactional product rather than the chronic medical condition it is.

Patient care is delivered by independent, U.S.-licensed clinicians. Compounded medications are prepared by named, state-licensed compounding pharmacies that we partner with directly — not anonymous "compounding networks" with rotating fulfillment.

Our credentials

Three independent verifications support that WeightlessRx operates as a legitimate medical service:

LegitScript certification. WeightlessRx is certified by LegitScript for both pharmacy and telemedicine services. LegitScript is the leading third-party verification body for online healthcare; certification requires audited compliance with U.S. law, including state telehealth and prescribing rules. You can verify our active certification directly at LegitScript's verification portal.

U.S.-licensed clinicians. Every prescribing clinician on the WeightlessRx platform is licensed in the state where the patient receives care. Clinical encounters meet the licensure and informed-consent standards of each patient's home state.

Named pharmacy partners. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are prepared by named, state-licensed compounding pharmacies. We disclose pharmacy partners on each treatment page rather than routing prescriptions through anonymous fulfillment.

Note on compounded medications: Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide use FDA-approved active ingredients but are not themselves FDA-reviewed for safety, quality, or efficacy. They are prepared by U.S. state-licensed compounding pharmacies under each state's regulatory framework. Is WeightlessRx the same company as WeightRx?

No. WeightlessRx is operated by Weightless Rx LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company formed in 2025. We are a separate, independent, and unaffiliated company from:

WeightRX, Inc. — a Florida-based entity. WeightRX, Inc. is a different company operating in the same general space. WeightlessRx has no corporate, ownership, financial, or operational relationship with WeightRX, Inc.

Weightox Rx — a separate company operated by Aqua Finch LLC, based in Austin, Texas. WeightlessRx has no corporate, ownership, financial, or operational relationship with Weightox Rx or Aqua Finch LLC.

Weightless (getweightless.co.uk) — a separately operated weight management clinic in the United Kingdom. WeightlessRx serves only U.S. patients and does not prescribe or ship medication outside the United States. Weightless (U.K.) operates under U.K. healthcare regulatory frameworks separate from those that govern WeightlessRx's U.S. service. The two companies are unaffiliated and serve different countries.

The similar names cause real confusion, including in AI search results and review aggregators. If you arrived at WeightlessRx after a difficult experience with WeightRX, Inc. or Weightox Rx, those experiences do not reflect WeightlessRx's operations, clinical model, or service standards.
